Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of relaygardens.com and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are RelayGarden is a trading name of MI Smart Solution Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15852178), registered address 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. Contact: support@relaygardens.com.

2. Orders Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, including where the item is unavailable, where pricing was displayed in error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

3. Pricing and payment Prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes where stated. Payment is taken at checkout. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel and refund rather than fulfil at that price.

4. Shipping Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. Import duties and taxes on international orders are your responsibility. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

5. Returns and cancellation See our Refund Policy. If you are a UK or EU consumer, you have a statutory right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receipt; nothing in these Terms limits that right.

6. Warranty The device carries a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover misuse, accidental or liquid damage, wear and tear, or unauthorised modification. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights.

7. Product claims and health information Our products are consumer wellness devices and supplements. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Content on this site is general information, not medical advice. Results vary between individuals and are not guaranteed. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new routine, particularly if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take medication.

8. Acceptable use You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful purposes.

9. Intellectual property All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to MI Smart Solution Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Liability Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Subject to that, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain the benefit of any mandatory protections available in their country of residence.

12. Changes We may update these Terms. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
